A man has died in an immigration detention center accused of inhumane treatment

A 26-year-old man died on Sunday in an immigration detention center in Britain, which was accused last year of inhumane treatment of those held there. Britain’s Home Office said it could not comment on the case as an investigation was ongoing. But he expressed his condolences to the man’s family and friends. British company Serco confirmed the incident but had no further comment. This company has taken over the management of Brook House, which is located in the south of England near Gatwick Airport.
