A mother was driving with her two young children in the back seat and made a video call and ended up in jail

A mother from Jute was arrested on Wednesday while driving with her two young daughters in the back seat and making a video call on her cell phone.

Police stopped 19-year-old Gabriella Ann McKenzie, noticing that the car was not doing well on the road.

According to the announcement of the local sheriff’s office, the policeman who stopped her noticed that she did video call with someone.

In the back seat were her two daughters, aged 2 years and 8 months.

The police asked her to take the children out of the car to look for her. She initially refused, but was forced to obey.

They found a quantity in a paper bag cocaine, but also marijuana and a bottle of alcohol.

The young mother was arrested on the spot and her parents came to take their grandchildren home.
