VKontakte and Odnoklassniki, together with the Russian Ministry of Health, have released the Collective Immunity mini-application – it shows which of the user’s friends has already been vaccinated, and displays useful and important information about vaccination.
The list of vaccinated friends includes users who either set an emoji status with a vaccination checkmark (in the VKontakte Coronavirus service), or completed a survey in a new mini-application. From the service, you can go to a personal chat with the user. In addition, “Collective Immunity” shows a memo from the Ministry of Health of Russia with answers to key questions about vaccination and COVID-19: what types of vaccines are, what side effects are possible when re-vaccination is done, and so on.
The service also shows how many people around the world have already been vaccinated, and the growth rate of this indicator – world statistics are taken from the data of the international resource Our World in Data.
The Collective Immunity mini-application is already available on VKontakte and Odnoklassniki.
