A Nicole Kidman-like wardrobe in “The Undoing”

We finally have a new fashion icon in serial format. IS Grace Fraser of The Undoing – The Untold Truths, played by Nicole Kidman who, for the role, returns to show off her iconic curly, fluffy and auburn hair. For those who have not yet seen on the frequencies of Sky the new branded tv series HBO – second collaboration between David E. Kelley and Kidman herself, later Big Little Lies -, Grace is an upper-class psychiatrist from New York, who is involved, along with her husband Jonathan (Hugh Grant), in a murder.

In an escalation of suspense capable of taking your breath away, Nicole conquers the public – and the female audience in particular, who also adored the interior design of the stunning houses that are the location of the series – also thanks to an impeccable wardrobe a hard time for the previous undisputed star of the American television network, Carrie Bradshaw.

His style is brazenly bon ton, at times with vague boho-chic reminiscences with a Seventies attitude. All in one color palette tailor-made for warm colors, with pink undertones, by Nicole Kidman. A wardrobe, similar to that created by the Danish costume designer Sejilund sign for the character of Grace, it will be the quintessence of the coolness of this last remnant of the cold season, especially for those who, like the actress, are part of the typical autumn palette. Everything, in fact, in the shades of foliage typical of the undergrowth, with some flashes in the nuances of mustard, caramel, spices and shades of sunset. Burgundy wins over everything, and in combination with aubergine and acid green it conquers even the most refined palates.

The coats, undisputed protagonists of the TV series, we have already shown them to you. They range from terracotta to dark green, almost all tailor made, and were chosen specifically to describe the Fraser personality as opposed to the rich Upper East Side entourage. But in addition tooutwear there is more. Printed silk blouses, pleated or floral-printed skirts, embroidered capes, gloves and scarves in shades, practical turtlenecks, maxi bags and cuissardes boots, with more or less agile heels. Here’s how to emulate her look.
