THE Duomo Luxury Apartments by Rosa Grand mark the entry of Starhotels into the «serviced
apartments» luxury, with a unique location and on the spiers of Milan’s cathedral. Four spectacular and exclusive penthouses and twenty large apartments, with balconies and large terraces, welcome those who want to experience the city in the privacy of a luxury apartment, without giving up the services and comfort of a hotel. They are true Milanese “dreamhouses”, designed by the Milanese Interior Designer Andrea Auletta, with furnishings in warm and enveloping colours. The apartments on the first and second floors have a dominant tone ranging from ivory to lobster and rust, while the apartments on the third to sixth floors feature warm gray tones. Modern kitchens, leather seats, velvets, furniture designed ad hoc and made by Divania Horo, with the exception of some upholstered furniture and seats, such as the armchairs by Meridiani and the chairs around the dining table by Montbel. A tasting menu, and dishes à la carte as the Riserva San Massimo risotto with burnt pepper, Cetara anchovies and peanutsi Paccheri di Gragnano tomato, basil and stracciatella and the surprising Slice of green turbot with Coca Cola sauce, oysters and cold pea ice cream with mint. They are not missing the great dishes of the Milanese tradition, always with the chef’s touch. And for those who can’t give up iconic dishes there is also the restaurant Roses Pizza & More, an egg and refined space dedicated to pizza.
