A. None. One hundred thousand, the women of Italian music donate 200 thousand euros against violence against women

The Covid emergency and the consequent displacement of all the events scheduled during the pandemic have not stopped the commitment of the women of Italian music against gender violence. It seems a long time ago when, on February 6, 2020, seven artists ready to launch a maxi-event arrived on the Ariston stage by surprise – between one performance and another by the Big of Sanremo. They were Fiorella Mannoia, Emma, Alessandra Amoroso, Giorgia, Elisa, Gianna Nannini and Laura Pausini. And, holding hands, they gave an appointment to the whole public for September 19 of that year in Campovolo, to A. None. One hundred thousand., a concert against violence against women. They did it with the conscience (and humility) of those who know they can make their own contribution. Of those who do not consider their talent as something private, but as a treasure open to all. Even capable of doing good.

This live, as well as all the big and small scheduled events, has been moved. The show will always be held in the new RCF Arena of Reggio Emilia, in Campovolo, but on 11 June 2022. At this link all the information on the event.

A. None. Centomila – The Concert (produced and organized by Friends & Partners and Riservarossa) was created to send a strong message against violence against women. To do this, the seven women of Italian music felt the need to unite, to be cohesive and eager to create a single choir. But not only. Even because on the occasion of the live, each of them will perform with their own band and will bring a male colleague to the stage. To remind everyone that the fight against gender-based violence must be fought equally, by men and women. Together.

The commitment of Fiorella Mannoia, Emma, Alessandra Amoroso, Giorgia, Elisa, Gianna Nannini and Laura Pausini, we said, did not stop. In fact it is today, Tuesday 21 December, the news of the donation of 200 thousand euros of the proceeds deriving from the project in favor of the anti-violence center CADMI, Home for the reception of battered women. The CADMI is the first home for abused women born in Italy (it was founded in 1986) and deals with the support of women who suffer physical, psychological, sexual, economic or stalking violence. There Home for the reception of battered women she is a founding member of the national anti-violence network D.i.Re, Women on the Net against violence.
