A paramedic suffered a heart attack while helping a patient with a seizure

Paramedics who responded to an emergency call were called upon to deal with an incredible incident when a colleague suffered a heart attack while performing CPR on a patient in cardiac arrest. It all happened in June 2022, when 31-year-old Daisy Devane passed out on the sofa of her home in Bedfordshire. Then, her husband Eammon called an ambulance and one immediately arrived. But when paramedic Jeremy Williams, 55, began CPR on the woman, she felt a sharp pain in her chest and passed out, falling to the floor. Immediately, his two colleagues tried to give him first aid, while they were rushed to the hospital, according to the New York Post.
