Luis Raλl Castro Valenzuela, also known as “Tsatsu”, A leading member of the infamous Mexican Sinaloa cartel has been holding a US hostage for a year in order to force a group of US drug traffickers to pay what it owed him, the US Justice Department said yesterday.
