A prison officer from California USA was taken to jail for having sex with an inmate while 11 others were watching!
26-year-old Tina Gonzalez even allegedly had a hole in the pants of her uniform, in order to make it easier to sex with Fresno County Jail.
Former boss Steve McComas told the court that he had seen “a lot of disgusting things” in his 26 years at work, but nothing was more shocking than hearing about Gonzalez having sex in front of other inmates.
“This is something only a corrupt mind can think of,” McComas told the court.
Gonzalez also allegedly provided him with razors and a cell phone prisoner with whom he had sex. At the same time, she warned him in advance when an investigation would take place.
“She took an oath that she betrayed and she did it, endangering the lives of her colleagues,” McComas said.
“It simply came to our notice then. “He is constantly on the phone and has sexual conversations with the detainee and is proud of the crimes he has committed,” he added in court.
Gonzalez did not respond to charges of sexually assaulting a prisoner with a detainee and possession of drugs or alcohol. Her ex-boss demanded that she be sentenced to a maximum of three years and eight months in prison.
However, Judge Michael Idiart, citing the fact that he had no previous conviction, sentenced her to seven months in prison and two more years suspended.
“I think what he did was terrible, stupid and that you ruined your career,” the judge told Gonzalez. “But I also believe that people can make amends and you have the rest of your life to do it. “Good luck,” he concluded.
