Elisabeth R. Bredemeier, 21, who also presents a podcast on traumatic experiences (Let’s Talk Trauma), was arrested when the victim’s family testified to police.
They even said that the sexual assault took place inside the school, according to the report of the local station WRIC.
Bredemeier was the team’s coach volleyball. The school said it no longer works there, although it is unclear when he left and under what circumstances.
“We are deeply disturbed by the allegations,” the school said in a statement. Bredemeier is now charged with a number of sexual offenses.
