A “security strip” in the areas bordering the Ukrainian region of Sumi said today that Russia was creating after the Ukrainian troops from the Kursk region, just opposite the west of the country. Ukraine argues that its forces are still pressing on Kursk, where they have introduced in August in an attempt to distract Russian forces and acquire a lever in possible peace talks in the future, but is worried about any Russian.
