A spring in all denim, from head to toe

From fabric used for workwear to the undisputed star of passepartout outfits. The jeans, over the years, it has evolved to become the superstar fabric, the most versatile and exploited of all. Denim always knows how to amaze, going beyond the casual label given to it for decades, and even making itself sexy, glamour e sophisticated. We just have to go beyond the habit of wearing classic jeans, and exploit the immense potential that this fabric has on other clothing items, and even on accessories.

This applies to long and minimalist dresses, fancy mini dresses all flounces and ruches, jumpsuits that recall those work suits from which the denim craze began. And it also applies to bags, shoes, hats, jewelry and belts. This is demonstrated by the trends that have paraded on Spring / Summer 2021 catwalks: denim is worn following a precise rule, that is, it must be worn in a total look.

Yes, that attitude to Britney Spears e Justin Timberlake, much talk (and a lot of criticism) in the 2000s about showing off denim from head to toe not only in free time, is back in fashion. Today, even legendary brands such as Alexander McQueen e Dior support the trend, together with the most followed celebrities on Instagram. See for example the post of Bella Hadid, in which she poses in a pin-up version wearing pants and jackets in the same fabric.

Designers, for spring, have consecrated denim in five assemble extremely chic, that we have collected in the gallery together with shopping ideas to recreate the looks. There are no doubts. Denim pants are worn in coordinated with oversized dresses used in place of blouses, and dresses match a jacket in the same shade of blue and, for the more daring, even a pair of boots.
