A three-story building in central Kiev was severely damaged by a Russian missile attack on Monday morning, officials in the Ukrainian capital said, while the country's foreign minister again asked his country's allies to provide it with additional anti-aircraft defenses. At least five explosions were heard around 10:30 (local and Greek time). “Explosions in the capital.
