A. Tsipras: If something out of the ordinary happens to Turkey, we will be alone

By Niki Zorba

Alexis Tsipras blames Turkey for the escalation of tension with Greece, saying he was worried that it could lead to dangerous paths.

“This is not the first time we have had these tensions, but this is the first time our allies have given us so much information and told us to ‘find them.’ the position of the Allies, in a discussion at the ygeiamou Conference

In the same context, he said that the reform of the Katruggalo law was inevitable, as it is now sustainable for the next decades, he added, however, acknowledging that brought huge increases in the insurance contributions of the self-employed, the middle class, as he said, describing the huge increases as “accidents” that occurred due to the “pressure of the troika”.

The president of SYRIZA, however, stated that he does not consider that “the private sector has no place in the public sector. But the public sector must direct the private sector “and the DT should not be shot down in order to increase the profitability of the private sector.

As for the unvaccinated Health, he asked for return at the moment in their duties with increased security measures, however, saying that disagrees with their choice not to be vaccinated because it is “irrational”.

He insisted on the need to increase resources for the NSS, wondering sharply:

If I came and told you that we need to increase defense spending by 3.4.5 billion, you would not tell me – and rightly so – that I found money trees. Is or is not a priority Health? Haven’t we had a war in the last three years? ”

Regarding the elections, he said that the Government, since its election, has started spreading rumors about when elections will take place. “The leaks for early elections come from the Maximos Palace, which are later refuted by Mr. Mitsotakis. Let them be reconciled.”

He insisted, however, that elections must be held and how he worries about what he will receive.

Sampling the positions of A. Tsipras, he said about:

YOU

The pandemic highlighted the huge shortages on a global scale and especially in Greece. We are one of the worst countries in the EU in hard indicators.

It needs a radical reconstruction. It requires resources but not only. Institutional reorientation. Primary Health Support. Both recruitment and redistribution of resources to motivate doctors to stay in the country.

We have submitted a very specific plan that includes a salary upgrade. 2,000 first salary to doctors.

Which of the 40 million that the government says it gave went to Health?

If I came and told you that we need to increase defense spending by 3.4.5 billion, you would not tell me – and rightly so – that I found money trees. Is or is not a priority Health? Have we not experienced a war in the last three years?

There was a big public money laundering party at Health. Beyond that, however, we are now experiencing a reality. The need to upgrade public health systems. There should be a calculated increase in costs but that is not enough. A holistic plan is required. If we do not invest in prevention we will not be able to have quality services for our citizens.

We place great emphasis on enhancing Primary Health Care. Aim to become 380 throughout Greece.

Unvaccinated sanitary

Today I see that no one wears a mask. Does anyone wear it? The State can not take revenge. I am against the choices of the unvaccinated sanitary, they are irrational. But they must be able to return with increased security measures because the attitude of the government that punishes them is irrational at the moment.

Insurance – Katrougalos Law

It is one of the most misunderstood in the country. Because we had an unsustainable insurance system. Any government should make it an independent troika. It was a law distinguished by a fair sharing of burdens and benefits. which carried out necessary reforms, such as one insurance fund for all.

The pressure we had from the troika, however, forced us to do accidents like the huge insurance contributions to freelancers, the Middle Class.

Let no one try to load their perceptions on insurance into sustainability. Today we are talking about the next decades, the insurance system is sustainable.

I do not believe that the private sector has no place in the public sector. But the public sector must direct the private sector.

PPPs still exist but the question is whether we will tear down the public sector to give a huge profit margin to the private sector. This in my opinion is absurd and immoral.

Auxiliary

Apart from our ideological disagreements regarding the risk for the supplementary pension, let us also look at the practical issue:

The change will cost 70 billion euros. Who will cover it? We are in an unprecedented wave of accuracy, now taking a billion from the retiree is a crime.

Elections

Since its election, the government has started spreading rumors about when elections will take place. “The leaks for early elections come from the Maximos Palace, which are later refuted by Mr. Mitsotakis. Let them be reconciled.”

In no European country did the parties come in advance to announce their cooperation. the results of the elections come and are placed on a programmatic basis.

Glowing

We had huge disagreements on ideological issues such as the Prespa Agreement. However, we had good cooperation on issues of the main goal of how to get the country out of the memoranda.
