Abolition of compulsory vaccination in the Czech Republic: “We do not want to deepen the division”

Her new government Czech Republic will not make vaccination against him mandatory coronavirus, repealing the previous government decree, which required people over the age of 60 and workers in the healthcare and social welfare services to must be vaccinated from March.

The decision was announced today, Wednesday, by the country’s prime minister Peter Bottle.

In a press conference he gave, he said, among other things, according to the APE MPE: “This does not change our attitude towards vaccination, it is undoubtedly still the best way to fight Covid-19 (… ). However, we see no reason to impose compulsory vaccination, we do not want to deepen the division in the society”.

It is worth mentioning that based on data obtained tonight from worldometers.info, in the Czech Republic are recorded 36.937 deaths, in total, on 2.652.685 confirmed cases of Covid-19.
