Those who choose a housing yet will receive a security of R $ 2,400 and, in the following months, a housing allowance of R $ 1,200. After the eviction, the Housing and Urban Development Company (CDHU) will develop the decharacterization of empty properties to avoid new occupations.

Construction of the Moinho Park

CDHU plans to restructure the Moinho favela area, with the implementation of Parque do Moinho, in order to prevent new occupations.
