The man who stabbed his sister, dentist Isabel Cristina, to death handed himself in to the Santa Catarina Civil Police this Saturday morning (28).
The case occurred last Thursday (26). According to the police, the perpetrator, a 39-year-old man, hit the pregnant sister with multiple knife wounds .
The victim took a birthday cake to her mother’s house, who would have turned 73 the next day, and she found her brother there. After being hit several times, She tried to escape but could not resist and died at the scene of the crime. .
The criminal fled towards the land that the family has in the neighborhoods of Pouso Alto and Riacho. He has police records for animal abuse, false reporting of a crime, damage, bodily harm, threats and theft.
The two had been involved in litigation fights for several years over property disputes.
The perpetrator of the crime presented himself at the Police Station and was taken to the Tubarão Regional Prison.
