Accused of murdering a gay man erupted in a Moscow court

It erupted from the courtroom of Basmani in Moscow suspect in the murder of gay Roman Yedalov, announced the LOATKI organization Stimul, referring to the lawyer Artyom Lapov.

In February, jurors ruled that Bereznoy was innocent, but the appellate court reviewed this decision and the case is being re-examined.

The murder took place in June 2019, just outside the main entrance of Kursk Railway Station. The perpetrator attacked two men with a knife. Yevgeny Efimov was slightly injured, but Yedalov, who covered his friend with his body, left his last breath on the spot.

Survivor Efimov said the perpetrator attacked them, shouting insulting remarks about their sexual orientation.
