The myDYPAapp application of the Public Employment Service (DYPA) for mobile devices is activated from today – after the completion of the upgrade works, as announced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
With the improved application, which now integrates the new European system for classification of skills, abilities, qualifications and professions (ESCO), more than 40 electronic services are now in the hands of every citizen, easily, directly and quickly.
Specifically, services such as:
-Registration in the unemployment register and renewal of the unemployment card
-Application for the issuance of an unemployment time certificate, which is issued immediately
-Application for allowance and other social benefits such as unemployment benefit, maternity benefits, etc.
-Management and immediate sending of CV
-Search in an interactive map of information for structures of DYPA as well as guidance instructions
-Useful information related to the status of unemployed
-Informations for more than 80 different services, including the dates of renewal of the unemployment card at specific intervals.
The application is available for Android and IOS mobile devices.
