Rosen Law is suing Activision Blizzard. According to the plaintiff, acting on behalf of investors who traded in Activision Blizzard securities between August 4, 2016 and July 27, 2021, the company is misleading shareholders about its corporate culture.

Rosen Law, which is behind the lawsuit against CD Projekt RED in connection with the failed launch of Cyberpunk 2077, accuses Activision Blizzard of deliberately refusing to disclose information about issues of sexual harassment and discrimination. Plaintiff believes that this behavior puts Activision Blizzard at greater risk of legal action by regulatory authorities. Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick and several other executives appear as defendants in the lawsuit. The claim is aimed at recovering losses incurred by investors.
