Actor Pavel Derevyanko faces up to five years in prison on charges of fraud of more than 1 million rubles. The SHOT telegram channel writes about this with reference to sources.

According to sources close to law enforcement, a 38-year-old businessman from Moscow, Sergei N., complained to the police about Derevianko. The victim invested in the crypto business project “Bii Soul”, which he believed was connected with the artist. Sergei claims that he concluded three loan agreements with Derevianko and his business partner Grigory Muluzyan. Since the end of September 2022, the victim has invested more than 1 million rubles in this way.

However, a year passed, and the crypto investor did not receive any profit.

Derevianko said in August that he himself invested in the crypto business, but the investment turned out to be a failure – the actor owed over 45 million rubles. At the same time, the movie star at one time did not understand the business and the earning scheme, but simply signed the papers. In July 2023, two lawsuits were sent to Derevyanko from a crypto businessman demanding to pay 45 million rubles.

Recently, Moscow actor Artem Tkachenko contacted the police. As it turned out, he invested $200,000 and 6 million rubles in a “joint cryptocurrency business,” but then his wallet was blocked.
