The actor Thommy Schiavo who died at 39 in July last year, will be in a new soap opera Globe . Before the death, the artist was part of the plot cast “Warriors of the Sun” which is expected to debut in June at Globoplay.
The plot has been engraved for over a year and had recently postponed debut. In the work, produced by Globoplay, Thommy Schiavo plays a police officer.
The actor was known for playing the character Zoinho in the remake of the soap opera “Pantanal”, 2022. He also participated in leaflets such as Cordel Enchanted (2011), Empire (2014) and Mirror of Life (2018).
A native of Presidente Prudente (SP), Thommy Schiavo died on July 20, 2024 after falling from a height of four meters from the two -story building where he lived in the state of Mato Grosso. The artist left his wife, Angra Monaliza, TV Globo makeup artist he met behind the scenes of “Pantanal”, and the 1 year old daughter she had with her, Lara.
One of Schiavo’s striking scenes in “Pantanal” was the kiss his character gave in Zaquieu, played by Silvero Pereira, becoming one of the few gay kisses from Brazilian television drama. The moment was aired in the last chapter, running over the ideas of the author, Bruno Luperi, and made at the suggestion of the direction.
