The Minister of Development, Adonis Georgiadis, appeared on SKAI TV, reassuring about the consequences that the developments in Ukraine will have for our country.
He noted that there is absolutely no concern about the adequacy of natural gas in Greece from the developments so far, while, he added that one of the measures discussed is to put an embargo on the pipelines passing through Ukraine, but, nevertheless, in Natural gas reaches Greece via the Black Sea from Turk Stream and Azerbaijan.
For the KYSEA meeting, he explained that it is the planned process as a major event is happening in our region and for the increase of prices, he said that it remains to be seen how the world economy will react to the developments in Ukraine. However, he stressed that any increase in fuel prices today is speculation.
