The adaptation of “Turtles All the Way Down” in John Green entered the Max catalog this Thursday (2).
In the plot, Aza Holmes tries to be a good daughter, a good friend and a good student while navigating an endless barrage of invasive and obsessive thoughts that she cannot control. When she meets Davis, her childhood crush, she faces fundamental questions about her potential for love, happiness, friendship and hope.
The production is led by Isabella Merced (“Dora and the Lost City” and “Suddenly A Family”) and Felix Mallard (“Ginny and Georgia” and “Happy Together”). The direction is Hannah Marks (“After Everything” and “Banana Slip”).
