DIMAND, after the successful listing of its shares on the main market of the Athens Stock Exchange, enters a new dynamic period and implements the necessary administrative restructuring, in order to face even more effectively the future challenges that will lead it to greater growth, always with sustainability as a compass, Oops states in its announcement.
More specifically:
Ms. Anna Chalkiadaki, who has been Deputy CFO at Prodea Investments, takes over as new CFO. Ms. Maria Ioannidou, former CFO of DIMAND, takes over as head of the newly established General Directorate of Business Development, as Chief Business Development Officer.
As of August 1, the position of Chief Operations Officer is assumed by Ms. Olga Itsiou, who has been an executive of the company for 20 years and has held the position of DIMAND’s Technical Director for over 10 years.
Mr. Christos Fotiadis, Civil Engineer, assumes the duties of Technical Director of the company from August 1, having served as Senior Project Manager in the most important and largest projects of DIMAND in the last 15 years.
Mr. Panos Panagiotidis, until now COO, is leaving the management of the company for personal reasons. Mr. Panagiotidis is a founding executive of DIMAND and has partnered for 20 years with Mr. Dimitris Andriopoulos and Nikos Dimtsa. Mr. Panagiotidis with methodical, hard work and a lot of love contributed decisively to all the achievements of DIMAND to date.
Regarding the departure of Mr. Panagiotidis, the CEO of DIMAND, Mr. Dimitris Andriopoulos, stated: “With Panos and Nikos, we dreamed 20 years ago of creating a strong real estate development company, which will be based on the principles of sustainability and healthy business development. Panos has always remained faithful to these principles and has essentially helped in the development of DIMAND, as one of the most recognizable real estate developers in Greece. We thank him very much for this whole process and we are sure that the spirit of cooperation, the principles and the ideas he instilled in DIMAND will continue to accompany us in the years to come.”
Mr. Panos Panagiotidis said in this regard: “The creation and development of DIMAND has been an exciting journey with incredible challenges, experiences and of course successes. I am happy to have been part of such a capable team for more than two decades and I am confident that the company we created , will continue its development course based on the principles on which we were based”.
Ms. Teta Karahaliou, who initially joined DIMAND’s human resources as Senior Strategy & Operations Executive, recently assumed the role of Investor Relations Manager and has many years of experience in the banking sector and in matters of privatization.
Finally, at the helm of the Human Resources Department, as HR Director, is now Ms. Pepi Skordeli, coming from the medical technology industry, while Ms. Anthi Tzakou, after a successful career abroad, recently assumed the position of Marketing Director of the company.
