The National Union of Aeronauts (SNA) rejected a new salary negotiation proposal to end the category strike, which began on Monday (19), in an assembly that took place on Thursday (22). Therefore, the stoppage should continue this Friday (23).
In an online vote, regular aviation workers rejected the proposal to renew the Collective Bargaining Agreement 2022/23, with 59.25% of votes against, 40.02% of votes in favor and 0.73% of abstentions. According to the Union, 5884 voters participated in the deliberation.
In a published note, the SNA called on regular aviation workers to continue the strike, which will take place at the airports of Congonhas, Guarulhos, Viracopos, Galeão, Santos Dumont, Porto Alegre, Confins, BrasÃlia and Fortaleza, from 6 am to 8 am.
The proposed agreement provided for restoring inflation in the salary floor of pilots and flight attendants and was intermediated by the Superior Labor Court (TST) in a new meeting on Thursday, by videoconference, with the SNA, which represents workers in the sector, and Snea , airline union.
