The National Union of Aeronauts (SNA) should still vote this Thursday (22), in an assembly, on a new proposal for salary negotiation to end the strike for the category, which is now in its fourth day. If the proposal is approved, the stoppage that is leading to the delay and cancellation of flights in several cities could come to an end in the next few hours.
The proposed agreement provides for restoring inflation in the salary floor of pilots and flight attendants and was intermediated by the Superior Labor Court (TST) in a new meeting this Thursday, by videoconference, with the SNA, which represents workers in the sector, and Snea, the airlines union.
The mediation was carried out by the vice-president of the TST and the Superior Council of Labor Justice (CSJT), Minister Aloysio Corrêa da Veiga.
The terms negotiated, according to a note from the TST, propose the adjustment for inflation (of 5.95%, according to the National Consumer Price Index-INCP), plus a real gain of 1%, on the minimum wage and per diem. national taxes paid to airmen, in addition to the same correction for insurance, the fine for non-compliance with the convention and the food allowance.
For the salary cap paid, according to the SNA, the readjustment must be the INPC (5.97%) subtracted from 2.74%. Voting, which will be online, was started by the SNA on its website and will end at midnight.
