In accordance with Amaq agency where is close to the jihadist organization in his Telegram post, a suicide bomber blew himself up outside the Foreign Ministry in Kabul, killing at least five people and injuring more than 40 others.
Also, Amaq claims that foreign diplomats are among the victims, which has not been confirmed so far.
Afghan authorities condemned the “cowardly attack” and vowed to do everything possible to identify and punish those responsible.
