African-American man's last moments before he dies, while being held down by police officers – 'I can't breathe!'

The last moments of a 41-year-old African-American man who died in November 2022 came to the “light” of the public and shocked… Kenneth Knotts suffered a cardiac arrest in a Dallas hospital while in police custody. In the video circulating online, Knotts can be seen shouting that he can't breathe and that he needs water, while medical staff and police hold him down, trying to immobilize him on the bed. A little later the 41-year-old falls on his face without moving at all and then a nurse approaches him, to see if he has a pulse. The incident of police violence is very reminiscent of the deaths of two other African-Americans, Eric Garner and George Floyd, where the police also pushed their backs.
