After a show in Brazil, new Linkin Park singer declares herself to the country; look

The singer Emily Armstrong the new vocalist of LinkinPark declared himself to Brazil after performing a show in São Paulo this Friday (15).

With a carousel of photos from the presentation at Allianz Parque, the artist wrote: “Brazil, you complete me!! See you again on the second night.” The rock band will perform again in the capital of São Paulo this Saturday (16).

This Friday, in addition to the show, the group released their new album “From Zero”. The album features 11 songs, including “Over Each Other”, “The Emptiness Machine” and “Heavy Is the Crown”, released this year.

The new album and tour mark the band’s return, with a new lineup seven years after the death of Chester Bennington. In addition to Emily Armstrong as the new vocalist, the group also has Colin Brittain as a drummer.

The shows mark Linkin Park’s tenth visit to Brazil. The last time the band played on Brazilian soil was in May 2017 two months before the Chester’s death, original vocalist. The first presentation took place in 2004.

Although they have not yet left the country, the group already has a date to return to Brazil. In total, there will be four presentations, with no confirmed locations yet:

  • November 8 in Rio de Janeiro;
  • November 10 in São Paulo;
  • November 13th in Brasília;
  • November 15th in Porto Alegre.
