The singer countryside João Vitor Moreira Sales, known as Conrado, remains hospitalized at the Regional Hospital of the city of Registro, in Sao Paulo after suffering a bus accident on Saturday (7), according to the artist’s advice.
Conrado is paired with singer Aleksandro, 34, who was also in the accident and is among the fatal victims. According to the duo’s advice, Conrado was the first victim to be rescued and was taken to the hospital. Initial information was that he had minor injuries.
“Upon admission to the hospital, the need for general surgery was assessed,” says an Instagram post. Currently, the singer is hospitalized in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU ) in a serious but stable condition, and according to the advisory, it will be necessary to wait for the evolution of his condition in the coming hours.
Singer Júlio César Lopes, who is part of the duo’s team, was also in the accident and was rescued. He underwent neurosurgery on Saturday afternoon and was then operated on by the orthopedic team overnight. His condition is serious.
The accident occurred after the bus on which the duo and their team were toppling access to Rodovia Régis Bitencourt, at kilometer 402, in Miracatu (SP). The vehicle left Tijucas do Sul, in Paraná, and was destined for São Pedro, in São Paulo.
In all, 11 people were rescued. In addition to Aleksandro, the deaths of musicians Wisley Aliston Novais, Marzio Allan Anibal and Roger Aleixo Calcagnoto and technicians Giovani Gabriel Lopes and Gabriel Fukuda were confirmed. Aleksandro will be veiled this Sunday (8) in Londrina, Paraná.

Singer Luiz Aleksandro Talhari Correia, better known as Aleksandro, formed the duo Conrado and Aleksandro in 2003, at the time with another singer, and since then he had released eight albums.
