At night, Vera was getting ready to go to the church and updated about her state. “Today I went through another battery of exams, which is part after surgery (…) It’s a victory, I can’t forget the day of my surgery, my encounter with God, so I follow this certainty of my cure,” he adds.
Vera discovered a rare thigh tumor and performed surgery to remove the lump on October 11, 2024.
In her Instagram profile, she thanked God for discovering the disease early on. “I have a synovial sarcoma, a rare and evil tumor in my left thigh. I’m ready to face this battle,” he said at the time.
