The former football player Yuri Lima 30, celebrated the two-year anniversary of his relationship with singer Iza, 34, in the early hours of this Tuesday (2). She thanked the artist for forgiving her mistakes and said that both she and Nala, the couple’s daughter born in October 2024, changed her life.
“I can’t help but thank you Isabela, for forgiving me when I made mistakes with you, at a time when everything should be wonderful and perfect, especially me. Thank you for being like this, Bela”, wrote the former athlete on his official Instagram account. “Today our story completes two years, in which only we know everything. Our love overflowed, right? I wanted to celebrate like this, publicly, you two who changed my life for the better and continue to do so.”
The two have been together since January 2023 and separated in July 2024, when Iza used her social networks to announce the breakup during pregnancy and say that her decision had been motivated by a betrayal committed by Yuri. In December, the Rio native had already said that Nala’s father was present 24 hours a day in the family’s routine.
“Today I understand more than ever how God looks at every detail of our lives. That everything has a purpose. After every cry, after regretting so much thinking that everything was lost, I worked hard to rebuild my dreams and there are so many with you two”, said Yuri.
