The head of the now independent Honor Zhao Ming, also known as George Zhao, said during today’s announcement of the Honor V40 smartphone that the company has already entered into its own agreements with a number of companies.

Honor has managed to negotiate with tech giants like Intel, AMD, MediaTek, Micron Technology, Microsoft, Samsung, SK Hynix and Sony. All this will allow you to safely release smartphones with components and other products of these companies.

George Zhao noted that the past five months have been extremely challenging but significant for Honor. He also noted that Honor, being a subsidiary of Huawei, specialized in the budget segment, and now the company is aiming at the middle and flagship segment.
