After Rock in Rio, Majur records a clip in Vidigal; see photos

After taking his voice to the stage of Rock in Rio 2024 singer and songwriter Majur 28, recorded the video clip for his new song last weekend in Vidigal, in the south zone of Rio de Janeiro.

The release of the track, set against the stunning view of the city, promises to steal the show and indicates a new phase in his career. So far, the artist has not yet revealed the title of the song, but she did say, CNN which will follow the genre of bossa nova .

While participating in the recording, Majur, who is in the process of finalizing a new album, scheduled for release in 2025, also received affection from fans who took advantage of the moment to group her.

Born on the outskirts of Salvador, the singer is not new to the Brazilian music scene. In her luggage, she carries two albums – “Ojunifé”, from 2021, and “Arrisca”, from 2023 – as well as great singles such as “Andarilho” and “Náufrago”. In 2024, she performed her first international show at the Roskilde festival, in Denmark, and is currently continuing her schedule with the “Eu sou Majur” tour.

In April, the singer celebrated the excitement of stepping back onto the SPFW catwalk. “Being here is living my dream, it’s living my expression. It’s the moment where I pamper myself, where my self-esteem is up there, where I feel beautiful. SPFW tells a story of fashion, of everything we reference, innovate and recycle”, he told CNN .
