Little-known domestic social networks ЯRUS and TenChat have been on the list of the most downloaded applications in recent times. At the same time, the popularity of VPN services is growing even faster, according to experts.
According to data.ai, on March 7, the Russian apps ЯRUS and TenChat were in the top 10 most downloaded social networks on the iOS platform in Russia. On March 10, TenChat was already in second place in the social media category, overtaking VKontakte and WhatsApp, and YaRUS was in fifth place. The first place is occupied by Telegram. TenChat and ЯRUS ranked 14th and 32nd respectively in the overall app rankings.
On the Android platform, ЯRUS entered the top ten most downloaded social networks on March 3, and a week later it ranked second in this rating and 12th among all applications. TenChat was in 13th place among social networks.
