The Greek RESINVEST completed the conclusion of an important agreement with the French group REDEN, for the acquisition of a portfolio of photovoltaic works of the first total capacity of approximately 174MW, taking into account the possibilities of modifications.
In particular, the agreement includes the acquisition by REDEN Hellas of the 4 companies that hold the Producer Certificates for photovoltaic parks. These projects were designed, developed and licensed by RESINVEST starting from the greenfield phase and are now in the process of environmental licensing.
In the framework of the contracts signed by the two companies, RESINVEST undertakes with REDEN the overall development of the projects that includes the study, the technical design, the licensing, the provision of the required land both for the production stations and for the interconnection with the Power Transmission System.
