Agribusiness uses virtual reality to increase sales

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Agrishow – the largest agribusiness fair in Latin America – was not held in 2020 and 2021. However, in this period, many companies in the sector invested in new products that are being launched in this edition. year.

THE CNNOswaldo Marques, commercial director of a company in the sector, explained how they managed to develop the launches.

“Because we have a practically verticalized factory, we were not dependent on importing products, we were able to continue producing even during the pandemic”, said the executive.

In this year’s edition of the fair, which takes place in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of São Paulo, many companies invested in virtual reality to increase sales. “Brazilian agribusiness has continued to be very strong in the last two, three years and this strength is maintained this year despite some climatic problems in the region of the country”, concluded Marques.
