Ahtsioglou-Haritsis for Eurostat data: The political change is an urgent need

Workers’ purchasing power has shrunk dramatically, and small and medium-sized enterprises have been struggling for months to avoid a lockout.”

They accuse the government of “insisting on covering profiteering” at a time when “social cohesion is under threat” and of “its inaction and inadequate benefits exacerbate and multiply the crisis”.

The heads of the sectors claim that “at the most critical moment, our country has a government that does not act, but mainly does not feel, and constantly offends the citizens”, to note that “political change is an urgent need”. They emphasize that “the country needs a progressive government, which from day one will declare war precisely by regulating the energy market, imposing a price ceiling and abolishing the robbery adjustment clause, easing tax obligations on energy and food and raising the minimum salary at 800 euros “.
