The fact is that in this game there are two main characters at once – the girl Nara, who is the main person in the narration of the storyline, and the ship based on artificial intelligence “Forsaken”, which is the main character.
Moreover, despite the obvious bias towards gameplay and battles, the developers decided to come up with a fascinating story that will motivate fans to play the game to the end. The storyline is based on the confrontation between Nara and a certain Dark Cult and its leader, the Great Prophet, but the trick of the story is that Nara was once a loyal companion of the Prophet and the best fighter of the Cult. Then something that the gamer is promised to tell in the storyline itself went wrong, and Nara decided to help the Resistance forces in the fight against the all-consuming evil – for this you need to fly a lot across the galaxy, fight, search and unite.
In terms of gameplay, Chorus looks like an almost reference shooter with the participation of spaceships – versatile and fairly simple controls allow you to do incredible things, locations are replete with details and cover, enemies are cunning enough to bring adrenaline and pleasure to the battles. At the same time, the ship can be improved in many directions, the virtual world looks quite attractive and stylish, and the secondary tasks, according to the developers, will not be boring. The only thing missing is the multiplayer.
