Air India Crash: Find

A few seconds after take -off and before the Air India aircraft crash last month, the fuel to the two engines was interrupted, as researchers report in a preliminary evaluation of the data recorded by Boeing 787 “black boxes”. Initial finding appears to exclude the possibility of mechanical failure or manufacturing error. “No actions” to aircraft and engines manufacturers, Boeing and General Electric, says the India Air Accident Investigation Office report. “In the recording of the cockpit, one pilot is heard asking the other why he cut the fuel,” he said in the finding. “The second pilot replied that he didn’t.” The aircraft, flying to London, crashed on June 12, about 30 seconds after taking off from Sardar Valabchai Patel’s International Airport in Ahmedabad, western India.
