Alec Baldwin: The Gun and the True Bullet Thriller That Killed Alina Hutchins – Scenarios for Tragedy

A spokesman for the film’s production said later that the accident was related to the “firing of a prop weapon full of ammunition”. According to the report, fatal accidents with unskilled fire are extremely rare, but they do happen.
