In the early hours of this November 11, journalist Ana María Alvarado announced the death of Alejandro Iriarte Woodside, eldest son of driver Maxine Woodside.
The news came a few hours after Alejandro posted a message on his social networks announcing the closure of his accounts.

Alejandro’s death was confirmed in a statement issued by Grupo Formula, a company for which Maxine works.
The Board of Directors of Grupo Formula, collaborators and the Azcárraga Romandía family express their deepest condolences to the Iriarte Woodside family and to our dear Maxine for the sensitive death of her son Alejandro Iriarte Woodside. Rest in peace.
Ana María Alvarado, friend and partner of Maxine, reported that Alejandro’s death was derived from a heart attack. The journalist pointed out that Maxine and her family decided not to carry out funeral services, but they will officiate a mass that can be attended by all the people who want to accompany them in her pain.
