Alessandro Venier, killed with an injection and shoe laces

“Alessandro was violent, Maylin’s life was in danger, we could no longer wait.” Today, Saturday 2 August, in the preliminary hearing in front of the investigating judge of Udine, Lorena Venier further clarified the motive that led her, in the night between 5 and 26 July, to kill her son, Alessandro Venier together with the nourishing Maylin Castro Monsalvo. And it was Maylin, the daughter that Lorena would always have desired, who suggested the way to avoid the transfer to Colombia. “The only way to stop him is to kill him” he would have told her, according to what reported by the 61 -year -old to the police. Both is now contested by the crime of murder with the aggravating people linked to the kinship constraint, in the presence of a minor, the concealment and vilification of corpse. The crime of instigation to murder is also contested in Maylin.

Lorena Venier’s lawyer Giovanni De Nardo, when leaving the prison, confirmed that The motive is to be found in the close link between mother -in -law daughter -in -law and nephewand from the fear of the woman not to review both.

Lorena (for all Lena) in the story of the doctors and colleagues who have known her for many years had often been seen crying because of that son without a fixed work, with problems with justice, issues related to drugs that also involved his stays in Colombia. “I could not allow them to leave, Maylin and the girl would run very serious risks there,” the Gemona nurse reported.

And so, the day before departure, the two women carried on the criminal plan stunning the thirty -five years old with drugs dissolved in a lemonade. Lorena would then have narcotized him with an insulin injection while Maylin would have suffocated him with the laces of the shoes tight around his neck. The corpse would then have been dismissed and placed in a bidon in the garage covered with alive lime.
