Alicia Keys sold Phoenix house (finally)

Finally Alicia Keys did it: after 5 years the pop star and her husband, producer Swizz Beatz, they managed to sell their mansion on Camelback Mountain in Phoenix. Starting with a request of nearly $ 4 million, they gave in for 3.1 million. A bargain for those who bought it: it is a designer home overlooking the Arizona mountains and the skyline of the nearby city, with every kind of luxury comfort imaginable.

In the 650 square meters of interiors, as Toptendealsrealestate revealed, there are six bedrooms and six bathrooms, all full of light as the windows go from floor to ceiling.

They offer breathtaking views, especially in the dining room (with ceilings six meters high) and in the mastersuite completely surrounded by glass walls that give the sensation of touching the nearby mountains with a finger.

The style of the interior mixes wisely classic lines – like those of the hyper-equipped kitchen, where there is also a large fireplace – with design pieces and works of art perfectly matched to the furnishings, such as the living room embellished with green paintings pendant with the sofa, or the large crystal chandelier that stands out against the beige in the dining room. Lots of spaces to have fun: a large cellar that can hold 800 bottles, a games room and cinema, and outside a wonderful infinity pool.

On the other hand this it was the vacation home of Alicia Keys and Swizz Beat: their commitments prevent them from using it as they would like, so they sold It is also true that on the estate where they live in La Jolla, California, they are not doing badly: it is the Razor House, considered one of the most beautiful houses in the world overlooking the Pacific, inspired by Tony Stark’s Razor Point building, the protagonist Iron Man. They paid 20 million dollars for it, and it’s a marvel (Alicia has revealed some details on Instagram). In the gallery above the photos of the house in Phoenix
