At the moment, Apple service centers continue to serve customers in Russia, but the partners of the American company began to work with restrictions. The Brobrolab service center, which is authorized by Apple, stopped carrying out paid repairs of equipment, announcing that Apple had limited the placement of orders in non-warranty cases and that they would not replace a broken screen that consumed the battery life. Also, SC specialists will not repair devices after contact with liquid, if in this case it is necessary to change spare parts.
The company suggested that all authorized services in Russia could stop their work within two to four weeks: “DHL and UPS no longer deliver orders to Russia. As long as there are parts in the Apple warehouse and they are available for order, we work as usual“.
