The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs issued a statement, according to which it is open for the submission of statements for the Co-operation Mechanism (Phase I February 2022, Phase II January 2022 and December 2021) as well as the suspension of employment contracts of employees from operations in fire-affected areas of Evia, as follows:
A. DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE COOPERATION MECHANISM FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2022 – DECISION
For the month FEBRUARY 2022 – DECISION COOPERATION, to the companies – employers who wish to join the Mechanism, according to the number 108743 / 31-12-2021 JMC (B ‘6323), it is possible to submit declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE MECHANISM “COOPERATION” (ADAPTATION) ” organization of working time through the form E4: Table of Personnel – Supplementary Hours of employees who are part of the MECHANISM, from 1 February 2022 to 28 February 2022.
Also, the process of CORRECT REPEATS of the applications / declarations of membership in the Mechanism – Phase A is possible during the entire duration of the above deadline.
B. DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE COOPERATION MECHANISM FOR THE MONTH JANUARY 2022 – PHASE B
For the month of JANUARY 2022 – SECOND PHASE COOPERATION, it is possible to submit the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(SECOND PHASE)” AND APPLICATION / APPLICATION (PHASE B) – CORRECT REPEAT “, from 4 to 11 February 2022.
C. NEW DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSION OF DECLARATIONS FOR THE MONTH DECEMBER 2021 – B΄ PHASE OF COOPERATION
It is possible to submit the declarations “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(BY PHASE)” and “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” FOR ” DECEMBER 2021, and only for:
– companies that have not submitted a declaration of PHASE II
– companies that have submitted a NP Phase declaration, exclusively for the employees who were excluded from the NP Phase payments from 4 to 11 February 2022.
Before submitting the form “APPLICATION / DECLARATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE MECHANISM” COOPERATION “(PHASE 2 – CORRECT REVIEW” for the employees who were excluded from the payments of the PHASE B, the employers can PHASE and selecting the button [Διαχείριση] to be informed about the reasons for exclusion of employees from the payments of PHASE B.
D. SUBMISSION OF STATEMENTS OF SUSPENSION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS OF BUSINESS EMPLOYEES IN AREAS OF EVIA AFFECTED BY THE FIRE
Finally, PS ERGANI is available from 3 to 28 February 2022 for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees for the month FEBRUARY 2022, by employers, based on KAD, located or having a branch in areas that were affected by the fires and which belong to the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Istiaia – Edipsos and Mantoudi – Lake Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia, according to the provisions of No. 60622 / 17-8-2021 JMC, as in force.
In the suspension declaration form, they select the relevant SPECIAL CASE “Operations affected by the fires of August 2021 based on KAD”.
