Almaz-Antey for the first time showed a running model of the E-Neva electric car

In Nizhny Novgorod, a presentation of the Russian electric car E-Neva, or rather a running layout, took place. It is being developed by the Almaz-Antey military-industrial concern. Previously, the car has already been shown to the public as a modular platform, and at the end of last year, the company published promo images of the electric car.

E-Neva is a compact five-seater crossover with a 610-liter boot and a length of 4.5 m. The developers have provided two variations of the car: purely electric and hybrid.

Two electric motors provide a total power of 435 hp. and a torque of 824 Nm. Acceleration from 0 to 60 km/h is 2.7 seconds, top speed is 197 km/h. It is assumed that the power reserve of the electric version will be up to 463 km, and the hybrid – up to 810 km. On the hybrid platform, they plan to produce passenger and light commercial models. It is also known about the presence of a media system with a 15-inch screen and a projection display.

Almaz-Antey is developing the E-Neva electric car on its own initiative and at its own expense. Several companies are involved in the project. For example, the Obukhov plant created the chassis, and the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University took over the body and design.
