Hyundai announced the GV60 electric SUV of its premium Genesis brand in August and the model’s specs have now been revealed. The car, we recall, is based on the Hyundai E-GMP platform, which also underlies the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and KIA EV6.

The basic version of the EV6 has one 225 hp electric motor located on the rear axle. The option, which is half a step higher, is all-wheel drive, with two electric motors with a total power of 314 hp. In both cases, the modification is Standard Model.

The next version of the Performance Model with all-wheel drive and a power plant of 429 hp. In the top version – it is the same, but with the Boost Mode package: in this mode, the power increases to 483 hp, albeit not for long – only for 10 seconds. This EV60 accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in just 4 seconds.

For the home market, only one traction battery is announced – with a capacity of 77.4 kWh, although in other markets the basic versions will be with a battery with a capacity of 48 kWh. The range of the basic rear-wheel drive EV60 with such a battery is 450 km, but the top-end version of the Performance Model Boost Mode will use up the battery reserve the fastest – it will last only 368 km.
