A survey carried out by Zoox Smart Data showed that about a fifth of Brazilians already have a trip scheduled for the end of year festivities.
18% of respondents to the survey indicated that they already have a date to travel, either Christmas or New Year. Of this total, 81% said they planned in advance, while 19% said they took advantage of some offer.
The biggest motivation to travel was the time of year (for 37.9% of respondents), followed by the choice of destination (25.9%) and price (23.2%).
According to the survey, 67% of respondents said they do not intend to travel at the end of the year.
THE slice of undecided, those who can still travel, depending on conditions, is 15%. According to the survey, 43.9% of them would buy a trip if they received an interesting offer.
The Zoox Smart Data survey also spoke about passenger movements: more than half of respondents (52.9%) intend to travel by own or rented car. In public transport, buses (23.3%) and planes (22.2%) are practically tied in the preference of those who already have a trip booked.
The survey was carried out between the 16th and 28th of November with 71.5 thousand people and was obtained firsthand by CNN 🇧🇷
